Service Agreement
This Service Agreement is entered into between Agencly Inc ("Provider") and TechCorp Inc ("Client").
The Provider agrees to deliver web design and development services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.
